    The food was fine and the staff were very polite and amicable. Sea view was stunning and the location was ideal and excellent, very close to the port area which is about a 7euro taxi journey, King Minos Palace 2017 and the airport.

    It often took 45 minutes just to get drinks delivered, and the fridge in our room was not sufficiently stocked for three guests. The quality of all-inclusive dining was disappointing, especially when the paid options were much better.

    We had a fantastic 7-night stay with a Classic Room Sea View that offered amazing ocean sights. The hotel staff, particularly the pool guy who was always eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The dining service at the main buffet was a bit slow, which could use some improvement.
